This time last year....
I was being tortured through my fleet detoxing and my chicken broth to be prepared for surgery on Monday morning. Although technically my surgery date was the 14th i had surgery 52 weeks ago tomorrow.
I was in such anticipation and excitment of what my life was going to be after this surgery. Also was I going to be turned away again because my body was sick or would it go through. And what will my life be like after.
Well 139 pounds later I am so much better than I was. I LOVE my life. I love my body. and I love myself. I am a normal 32 year old. Nothing big no extraordinary changes just glad to be noral and blend into the crowds of the world. My diabetes is gone and blood pressure is normal. My joints don't hurt and can wear high heel shoes all night long without my arches hurting.
I feel better and I look better and I've made some great friends who have came before me and helping me in this journey and also friends I'm helping who are new on the journey.
I'm so glad I made my decision to take control of my life and I went to sleep Sunday night knowing that I made the best decision for me....
Happy Sunday to you all!
