Follow-up: Oh Yeah! Protein Wafers

Hola Peeps,

Remember my post on these a while back?  Well, I received my shipment from GNC.com and wanted to report back. 

I ordered 3 boxes:  Chocolate Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Chocolate Mint.  (Click the GNC link & it'll show you the flavors GNC currently sells.)

There are 2 sticks per individual package.  Each stick has 105 calories, 7 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar.  They taste sweet initially, but aren't really sweet at all.  (I like that!)  They satisfy my chocolate craving really well and they're not bad taste-wise.  Sure, there are more tasty bars out there, but at what cost?  These are an excellent choice for on-the-go refueling, IMHO.

I AGREE THE SHAKES ARE GOOD ALSO.

Do they make a protein powder?  I don't care for the ready-to-drink shakes.

I'm going to pass on the protein wafers cause I know I would probably hate them, but if i'm near gnc I may check them out. 

I have to tell you though you got me freaking hooked on this dam sugar free Hi-C.   I swear I drink way to much of it.  LOL.    I am so greedy I get addicted to anything that taste good.

See... you made the same mistake I did!  It's Hawaiian Punch... but yes, it is sooooo addictive!  It's frickin' liquid crack!

You mean it's not Hi-C....lol... Yawl had me in Wal-mart looking for sugar free HI-c

YOU GUYS !!!!!  I to have been looking for the SF Hi-C.  How funny is that.  As far as the Hawaiian Punch ... someone else turned me on to this ( Thanks Ang. LB Coffee) So, I have been enjoying them .. but, it didn't stop me from looking for the HI-C. 

So, as of today the hunt is officially over.  And by the way if anyone wants to sample the Oh Yeah Protein Wafers ... they sell individual bars at The Vitamin Shoppe.  They are just ok to me.  Seem have a slightly oily taste to them.  Peanut Butter is the best one so far for me.

Hawaiian Punch lite??? That's the ish! It's getting me thru the Coke be gones! That, CL & h20 (wheich I don't drink, but been craving).
