Just stopping to say "hi" BAF
Hey everyone,
I just wanted to drop in and say "hello" to you all...I have been going through some very dark storms...we buried my Godsister last Saturday morning - 41 years old, mother of 3, to breast/lung cancer.
On Monday, we said goodbye to my 27 year old cousin, Matt, the father of a 1-year old daughter, who died of complications from pneumonia.
I am battling a terrible chest cold and yet had to come in to work on very important projects. The good thing - I get to spend Saturday with 4 of my grandchildren, hosting an Easter egg hunt for them (looking forward to it).
Asking for your prayers as I will finally have the torn ligament in my ankle repaired on Monday - I'm a little nervous, as I vowed to myself that after the wls I wouldn't go through another surgery.
At any rate, it's good to see that two of our family members have had successful surgeries and are doing well...Happy Easter to those of us who celebrate that our Savior rose from the grave, with all power in His Hands!
