Water/Vitamin/Sleep/Exercise Challenges!!

Quick question about vitamins - I've been checking around at every store I walk into for the best ones.    What are the best and good Lord...am I truly supposed to be taking all of these??? (B1, B12, Iron, C, etc).  Talk about swallowing a (few) skateboards! 

P.S.
My insurance does not cover the surgery at all so I'm doing my best going it alone. This board is a real inspriation!

I'm in. I need this kind of help. I start with 32 ozs of water and then fall off on the second 32. Then I get in 16.9 at the gym. I've been slacking on my vits as well.

Exercise I'm good. I'm at the gym 1.5 hrs M - Th and Sat.

As for sleep...what is that? I wake up so many times during the night it isn't funny, but I'll try.
