protein train day 3
Yes!!!! finally got through the third day...things should be so much easier now. I havent really struggled this time around but i guess its because im now ready to lose this weight and this time its because i KNOW need to get healthy.
i have to admit i have done any exercise this week...honestly i have been so busy these last few days getting ready for an important event tomorrow. shopping, staying on track with eating ect. but im not trippin ill get back to the gym friday!! My appetite is definatly going away now. first 2 days i seemed to stay hungry now i have to make myself eat. I feel so full of energy too!!!
i have been staying up on my vitamins but for some reason its so hard for me to get in my calcium!!! i have to figure out a way to incoorporate that into my daily routine. i have been getting all 64oz of water in too! I will be switching multi vitamins though because i think these one a day womens are making me nauseous (sp?)
B- Eas choc protein shake/ SF vanilla pudding w/ PB
L- Hamburger patty with mustard and pickle
s- almonds and cheese stick
D- tuna
yes i know some of the things mentioned may not be protein train friendly but my carbs were still low today. almonds- 2g carbs pudding- 6 g carbs shake- 2g carbs
