How did you or will you celebrate your rebirth day?

My surgiversary is on next Tuesday and I had a party for my birthday on the 23rd I don't knowwhat I want to do to celebrate/observe this day. 

So what did you do or what ar eyou planning to do that FIRST "rebirth day"

I got my first tattoo for my first rebirthday. its of a butterfly and  it has these things that look like sparkles around it. I wanted it to represent what i had become. a beautiful  butterfly with a new light around me . i like it. i went with some other friends who were also post op and we made a day of it.  the three of us spend our rebirthdays together because its such a special journey and we can truely understand what it all means.

that sounds neat...maybe I'll have lunch w/friends still not sure whattype of tat' I want.

I didn't 'do' anything - just mentally recognized the day - posted and celebrated here on BAF - dats it!

My suriversary is also my youngest sister and brothers birthday I don't know what I'll do yet.

Mine is my brothers birthday too.

I am planning on going on a family/friends cruise. Its planned for the mid-late next April. So I will be celebrating on the sparkling blue seas on the carribean.

that was our original plan we were going to go to Cozumel on next Thursday but money got funny.

Cozumel is nice. I went there last year. Had a really nice time.

Yeah I think I'm going to suprise hubby with a trip there for our vacation next year. I'm ready to rock my tankini!  The last time we went on a cruise I had braids and was 299 he looked  like MY biotch on the cruise pic lol.
