Couch to 5K, Week 8, Run 2 Complete, I am Falling off Track

Run 1 Week 6, Take 2...DONE!  Thank you Lord!  My body was saying don't do it but my mind said we GOT this and you know what I did.  Gotta love it!

Its definitely been a crazy ride.  Should be interesting how my run goes on Sunday. 25 minutes I got this!!

u r my inspiration 2!! if not 4 u i wouldn't be on week 7 and running 25 min runs!!

it's hard 2 have every1 depending on u and i'm sorry 4 that. just take a break. maybe a day or 2 off and don't think about it.

and then come back 2 it.

could it be hormonal? sometimes my stuff gets screwed up during my time of the month.

I only take days off when i'm really sick.  

Yeah it could be hormonal as well as the anniversary of my friends death and missing my little doggie bear bear that died around this time also.

I will be ok in the morning, I think i'm just going to do a light workout  and then take time to get over being sad.   I think I will just have to dedicate my workout to my friend and my doggie in the morning and leave the sadness there.

I will not quit,  I don't really even want to quit,  I was just sad this morning, but right now tonight I feel pretty darn good.
