That must be one of those lies to make you go out and buy more make-up...lol

As a confessed compulsive shopper only I am on the opposite end of the spectrum--I am a coupon hoe and will stockpile some shiot in a minute.  I get the rush from how cheap I can find something.  I was overjoyed when I got some Barilla whole wheat pasta for $.04 a box this weekend.

That being said I know that this is a much bigger issue--compulsive behaviors/addictions are all cover-up/band-aid for a very real and underlying issue.

I am a firm believer that mandatory counseling should be required for all WLS patients--most of have addictive personalities.  I'm stubborn though and won't go--so I just keep obsessively couponing...

Is that not the biggest rush ever?  People have always been like "***** how many people live here?" when they look in my cabinets.  I can't help it, I feel like I'm getting over when I get a deal.  Someone had sanitary stuff on sale 2 weeks ago and it just so happened I got 2 newspapers (double the coupons!) so I had $1.00 coupons, girl, I can't open the bathroom closet without **** falling over.  I had a big family, all i know is bulk

LOL, that is how I was growing up too.  I do donate a lot of stuff but if you can get 5 boxes of toothpaste for $.29 why not???  It's sick.  I don't like to pay full price for anything!  I often buy 4 or 5 papers on a good insert weekend.  I'm on the internet researching sales, insert schedules, etc.  I guess it's better than eating.  If I put half as much energy into exercising as I did couponing I'd be a skinny beyotch.

Dang dude!!  I need to get you to be my personal shopper! I never use coupons, never know when things are on sale - I typically end up paying more because I don't want to go to a different store - I'm just lazy - when it comes to food shopping.....

Now - let NY and Co have a coupon in my email box..... TOTALLY different story!!!!!  LOL

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I'm like that too, Rainman about everything except for what I should be doing.
