We should all follow our surgeon and nuts plan.  I would like to know what is your personal ideal of a good workout and meal plan.  I try to work out a min of thirty minutes Monday-Friday.  I try to get in three small meals and three small snacks.  I try to always get my protein in from, vitamins, and water.  I get up every morning and try my best to stick to the plan.  For example I had two mini turkey burgers and sweet potatoe fries for lunch a co-worker brought me back.  I took the bread off turkey burgers and ate one burger.  I ate about eight baked sweet potatoe fries.  So today I have had which I feel like I am eating to much.  So for dinner I will have a piece of chicken and veggies.  I am really trying to get this in order so I am on track.

All vitamins
Protein Coffee
South Beach Protein bar
1 Slice turkey lunch meat rolled with cheese
11 cheez its
1 turkey burger no bun pickle, ketchup, mustard and 8 sweet potatoe fries

any good plan is one that;
1- I can stick to without feeling like I am in prison
2 - doesn't require me to make some special dishes all the time - regular food for me please!
3 - I don't like working out 5 damn days - 3 is fine

oh yea - and a plan that WORKS if I follow it!  LOL

That said - I have revised my plan and changed my focus who knows HOW many times in the last 4 years - i get bored, I change it.  My body adjusts and I stall or gain, I change it - the plan elements are interchangeable - the PURPOSE of the plan is not!

Thanks for you reply #1MM I try to create plan with the same focus one I can stick with.  Thirty minutes a day through the week is good for me right now.  I just want to be sucessful.

things change over time.  what works now won't be what you will commit to later - but you can find substitutes.  I got tired as HEYL of the treadmill in the gym - so I started weightlifting only - LOVE it - now a lil bored - my azz is back on the treadmill a lil bit.

As for food - my tastes run the gammut (sp) - right now, I 'discovered' brussel sprouts so they are my staple veggie - but two weeks ago, provolone cheese was my #1 snack - either way, I just work on maintaining a balance and making sure all the bases are covered - no matter what blanket I throw on top of the mofos!  LOL

You'll get bored - and that's okay - not sticking to the plan you have today is an ok thing - it's the not making a revised plan that suits your new mood and just ******g up is where you get off track.

I stick to a high protein diet low carb and I never had a nutritionist.  My surgeon has always pushed getting your protein from regular food so I have.  I have my own issues with eating all the time but, nothing I'm concerned about.  As for exercise that has been my addiction nearly from day 1 i love it and workout as often as possible.
