So far about 12 oz.  But I usually get in most of my water during the day when I exercise.
I drink about 10 cups or more a day.  I learned the hard way about skipping on water and was sick and lightheaded.  Never again.

Hey nope with the milk added that's 13 grams of protien.  I have a protein shake for my morning snack at 10am.

As usual I am having my Caribbean Cooler protein drink (20 ounces of water)...This is all I can have until around 12-1...
