I am fighting very hard not to give in to my cookie craving/addiction. I could really put a hurting on some iced oatmeal or soft, warm chocolate chips or even peanut butter or macadamia nut or......

Protein coffee for me.

Hi Cookie,
Yes I am, in fact I'm down 20 pounds.  I had gained about 30 pounds and was in denial until I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. I never had it and had the surgery so that I would not be a victim to it and any other weight related health problems.
As you know I never did reach a goal weight. The doc didn't give me one. My goal was to get below 200. I am 20 pounds from it and I am determined to get there.
WW is working for me and I have also incorporated spinning into my exercise program.
