I Got A Date!!!!!

Hello,

After all the emotional posts. I have a date. May 4th. Then I'll be on the losers bench. Can anyone offer some tips on making it through the liquid diet? I start that on 4/20.

First of all Congrats.Liquid diet..Sugar free,jello,SF popsicles.Chicken,Beef broth.water,gatorade,crystal lite,Slim fast low carb.

Hi slvrlips, congrats to you. I am a newbee to this site. I have just been checking out all the info. I wish you the very best of luck. I can't offer advise on the liquid diet. I have not gotten that far in my journey. Keep me posted. Looking for friends!!!!!!You are beautiful!!

Congratulations on your surgery date! As far as the liquid diet, I agree with the suggestions that Sonja made. I can offer you no tips because I did not have to do a liquid diet . WLS is definitely 90% mental and 10%physical.

Thanks and I agree with you 100% in regards to the 90% mental and 10 % physical.
