Ok so day one. I had slice of ham and half an egg this morning and for lunch i had a fajita chicken salad... i think i ate my salad too fast or ate too much because my stomach is hurting a little. Im waiting til noon to finish off my first 32 oz of water. my goal for the day is to get in 64- 96 oz of water,

will  hit the gym around 1 or 2 for 1 hr of cardio and then off to work.....

dinner tonight??/ im thinking grilled chicken breast and greens??

If you don't mind I'm going to join you on this one. My weight loss has been so slow and I even put on two pounds and it's been a week and I still can't get one off.  I'm so afraid I'm going to stop losing again like last time. I'm in the gym 5 days a week and just can't understand what is going on with my weight.

You have to give your body time to play catch up,  it's only been 3 months you will start losing again.

But if you guys feel like doing the protein train then I wish you success, at this early phase your weight will stall a little but it will continue to fall off.

Good luck on your train.

hey lee...

I am doing the protein train because when i went to the doc i had gained 1 pounds and she told me i need to focus on getting my protein and water in. she basically told me to leave the carbs alone. being on the protein train helps me to stay focused because i dont have to think as hard about what should i choose to eat. I know exactly what my choices are. i am not 100% protein train because im having more veggies then it allows you and probably in a few days i will be eating berries and sf pudding and stuff like that so my carbs wont be as low....

thanks for your concern though...its nice to see a loving face that cares....by the way i bet your looking good in those jeans!!

i swear the same is me exactly.... except i gained 1 pound (well technically 1.8) lol..... anyway i go to the gym 5 days a week for an hour... but i know exactly how i gained mine... so doing the protein train will help me get my eating under control again.

of course you can join..i plan to try and post something everytday... feel free to chime in your thoughts or what not

so far only 32 oz of water in...but gonna work on the rest at work.... i ate some ham before i have to go in...it feels like its stuck so i have to get something hot to drink. other than that everything has went well...im so ready to get through these first 3 days and then i know it will get easier
