Pei Wei Teryaki chicken bowl w/brown rice OR Wendy's chili and baked potato......

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I will probably have

tropical fruit salad and/or dried vegatables chips.

I had protein in my coffee this morning.

 1/2 cup of black eyed peas...
