what do you do when you feel like you slippin?

my weight is i guess plateuing and plus i feel like im slipping back int old habits, eatin cake, cookies yadda yadda, no dumping, but an uncomfy or slightly nasious feeling afterward.... i was coxed into goin to a chinese buffet and i think i did oki stuck to protein and a pice of shushi and... then messed up with some cake(not a lot but a one inch square)
did i bust up the surgery? cuz i dont dump! big uh oh right? and i also feel myself slipping into the night eating that was present B4 surgery... right about now i can describe my feelings as FUGG IT... i do what i wanna do, but i still have some guilt.
anybody else experience feeling this way? and how do you deal with it?

Nothing but cold turkey for this shiot right here - you KNOW what you SHOULD be doing - you are ALLOWING yourself to do BULLSHIOT......

I agree go back to basics and remember it is a lifestyle not a diet you start and stop. I know it may not be the easiest thing to do resist food temptation just remember nothing taste as good as being healthy feels. I have to remind myself of this often. I want to live and I do not want to do it in a obese body. So work your tool!
Since I'm slippin as I write this
I aint even gonna lie, I give into it more often than not, so you and I are in the same boat right now. If you wanna talk about it hit me on the BL, but for now I'd say figure out what is making you slip and enact a counter plan. I am a serious boredom eater, so I try to stay active and plan my meals. There are gonna be some of those days, but we absolutely have to stay on top of it

Just stopping by to give you a bit of encouragement. We all had the surgery to help us as a tool its not a magic bullet that wisk everything away. I too slip every now and again but you have to look at every bite that goes into your mouth as a choice. Right now I'm eating some fruit and I'm full as HELL but bored hoever there is two more pieces of cantaloupe and although I should have stopped two mouthfuls ago I'm choosing right now to stop and not to over indulge.
