11 Weeks left in my 20 Week Big Trip Program, Still On My Grind

Morning Yall

Ok, I am down to 11 weeks and I'm getting nerveous.  I am wearing my "bathroom jeans" on a regular basis and I have my new bathroom jeans hanging in the bathroom.  

Some days I am more positive than others even with having gone down 2 jeans sizes I still get scared I won't make my goal.   That is where the positive thinking part of my program has to kick in.

I am still pretty motivated thanks to the running program and I will continue on to a 10K when I complete this program in 2 weeks. 

I still enjoy a pack of M&M's every Saturday and that is my reward for doing well for the week. 

Other than that things are the same, i'm still here and kicking trying to make it through these 11 weeks.

Amazing how your head can screw you up sometimes.  I have such a history of letting my head get the best of me but it won't win this time.

That's why we are here.  To boost you up when you can't do it for yourself.  You WILL make it to goal.  You WILL surpass your wildest expectations.  You WILL make this a trip to remember!  We got you on this on Lee.  AWESOME JOB!!!

Even though I am doing really well I really am scared of not making my goal but if I don't make it then it won't be for lack of trying, cause I swear I am giving it all I got.

Lee you are such a motivator of others so remember to THINK POSITIVE when talking about yourself and your goals.  I have no doubt that you are going to make your goal so keep doing what you are doing and kick butt girl!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to stay as positive as I can but some days are just way harder than others.   Plus I have a tendency to be a bit hard on myself.

I am still working towards running.  I can run 2 minute intervals now. 

You've inspired me to do the bathroom jeans.  I bought a pair one size down to use for inspiration. I can get my legs in but I cannot pull them up yet.

I've increased my cardio to 4-5 days per week.  I am adding a yoga class next week. 

I bet you will reach your goal.  You are pretty motivated. 

My daughter is graduating in May and I have lots of relatives coming in who haven't seen me since surgery.  I really would like to be down to size to 16.  I am down to a 22 now.  There is no rhyme or reason to my goal and I don't know how attainable it is to reach in 2 months.  IDK.  I'll see where I am next month and revise accordingly.

Hi Gatormom

Keep trying for your goal,  it is possible especially early out.   I am glad to hear your doing the bathroom jeans,  make sure you look at those suckers every single day.  I look at mine and usually say something like you'll be on my behind soon or something like that.  LOL.
