What does dumping feel like??

I don't think I have dumped yet....but can someone please tell me what does it feel like? and is it just sugar that makes you dump?

I think it's sugar and fatty greasy foods......
 
I think I have dumped once since surgery. I thought i was being healthy by eating turkey sausage, but it was still fatty. I had a fast heart rate, diarrhea, and nausea....  some people say they get hot. I didnt experience that, but i still think I was dumping. I know it's somethng i hope not to go through again any time soon.

Mostly people dump from sugar or greasy foods, but really anything could cause you to dump.  I get the fast heartbeat, nausea, headache, diarrhea, vomiting, hot flashes.  Then when it's all over...I feel like I could sleep for hours.

Definitely, not a good feeling to experience.

On the few occassions I have dumped I normally am eating something I have NO business eating usually something very high in carbs or if I make something with sugar that with any one ingredient  the sugar content would have been fine but adding milk and PB to a shake did not do me well.

I normally get the itis....sleep and want it now! If I also have gotten nauseated and had to go to the toilet and feel SOOOOOOOOOOO much better!

My stomach actually cramps up on me...very painful

I dumped after drinking all that contrast for my barium swallow.  I got really hot, nauseated, rapid heartbeat and diarrhea.  It's not fun.

All of the before stated describes dumping quite well.
