weekly pledge to myself...whats yours?
We all know that this journey is built on building blocks to be successful. So I'm going to instead of looking at everything I SHOULD be doing for my journey. This week I'm going to take a look at only one thing and once I master that I'll add something else. SO.....my pledge is this week to do some type of physical activity every day for at least 30 mins.

I'm with you on the physical challenge. I have been away from the gym for over a month and my body feels it!! Although I think I have a good excuse (sciatica) I still could have gone and kept work outs consistent. It probably would have even helped my back. So, beginning tomorrow, I pledge to get back in the gym. I pledge 3 days a week (at least). Thank you for the accountability post!!!
