Sunday Dinner - make it a great one!
Will be doing slow oven roasted baby back ribs today - had that rack marinating since yesterday in BBQ spice kicked up with Chinese 5spice and brown sugar..... and for later this week, I will be doing a batch of salmon croquettes. For veggies - trying a recipe for brussel sprouts with carmelized onions and bacon.
So - what are YOU cooking???? And I already know Rhonda over there with yet another BIG ASS hunk of meat for the grill or oven! LMAO

. It is bright and sunny here in Ohio, and it is a pretty good morning so far, went out last night and got a lil tipsy so I am quite sleepy but I will wake up once i get this laundry going. Anyways, today, I am making baked pork chops with a chiptole marinade sauce mix, and tuna casserole. I am kind of bored with Sunday dinners, and i really dont have a taste for anything today, so I'm just making what i have the cabinets and fridge. Hate the 1st of da month lol - rent & car note is due which leaves a sista broke as hell - dang it. Anyways what have you been up 2 lately?
I haven't been up to much lately - just a LOT of WORK!!! Arrggghhhh - I have been doing the 60hr work week thing and that is just NOT me! LOL - so this week I am going to focus on getting stuff one while I am IN the office so that I can come home and chill each night.
Other than that - getting hooked on Facebook! LOL - that's why BAF is dead - everybody is over there! LMAO!!!

I feel you too - i am working longer hours at work and I am wore out - this past Friday, when i got off from work, i was in bed by 9pm and was knocked out plus it was rainy and cloudly that entire day - so i knew when i got home that evening i was going to tear up some sleep lol lol. Anyways i am on facebook also - im going to hit you on the backline line with my name so u can add me as a friend.

Nope I sure didn't. Can't blame the honey though, he left me alone-but my crazy azz family, now thats a whole 'nother story! Why do they call me about drama going on in the house? I haven't lived at home in over 10 years. If my Moms and Pop kicked out my trifling grown brother and sister that still live at home things would be much happier for all involved.
My mom ain't have to worry about MY ass staying home a MINUTE longer than LEGALLY and FISCALLY necessary!!!! LMAO
