I'm 3 months out and my night hungry has just started. During the day I'm fine but once night falls I get hungry. I'm not sure if it's a mental thing or am I really hungry.
I don't want start any bad habits. But I know if I give in , just for a couple of nights, It will become a routine.
What's up..... why is this happening? Maybe I'm not getting enough food in during the day?  Really not sure what to do about this problem. Any advice?

Drink a protein shake in the evening, that should get you through.

Hello Pearl

What time are you going to bed? What time are you having dinner? Do you workout?

I go to bed NLT 9pm every night and I also have dinner around 6pm. If I workout, I'll skip dinner and have a shake before and after exercise. If I feel that I need a little extra, I will have some water, pickle spear or a piece of apple.

Hope this helps.
