Hey Q, no I couldn't even record it because I got pissed at Time Warner and I'm switching to another cable service in protest so I'm without TV for a week.
I know, stupid me for causing my own suffering but I was soooooo  I didn't even care.  LOL

I feel the EXACT way about Comcast. I don't know WHYYYY they think that their customers can't COUNT. Every damned month they are tacking between 1 and 3 dollars on my bill....grrrrrr

I am SO glad that I recorded the episode anyway. This was one of the best shows that I have seen as it pertains to wls. Go Star. I think that Oprah may have the surgery, I am glad that she listened to Star Jones.

Hey Ms. Yess, tell Sleevie I said Hey, hope he's good.

I thought that the Star Jones segment (the longest) was sooo Authentic!  I think that she got to the Psychological, Emotional, Social and Physical Impact Before and After WLS. I just loved the segment. I also think that Oprah's view of WLS has changed; I believe that she now understands that healthy is healthy no matter the route...just get there, HEALTHY.

Star was the most authentic that I have ever seen her, she felt really good to me. It was great to see, and wish her all the Best in her career and Life.

Hey thurr Value,
you are SOOOO right and I ESPECIALLY liked when she spoke of  the "easy way out" comments. The whole segment touched me. I was a Star Jones admirer from the beginning but now I admire her more. It was however nice hearing her explain how she was afraid.

It was a great show.  I could have done without Valerie and Marie!!!!!!!!!   Star was very open and candid.  I am glad she chose to do this in her own time and didn't succomb to the pressure that everyone else was trying to give her.  So often folk pretend that their care and concern should outweigh your feelings about yourself.  Star has done and is doing a wonderful job in taking care of herself and now being true to her.  Oprah finally did a WLS segment where she wasn't being sarcastic....go figure.....lol
