I divide mine into two sets which I take first thing in the morning before getting dressed and then again after lunch. The exception is iron which can not be taken at the same time as your calcium so I take my iron alone around 10am and then a second one at bedtime. Iron also doesn't absorb as well if taken with caffeine (just a side note for those who might take it w/ their morning coffee).
I take one dose of calcium/vit D (2 pills), 1 multivit, 1 biotin, my sublingual B-12 and B complex in the morning with milk.
With Breakfast I have my Iron with Vit C.
With lunch I take the same as 1st morning, minus the b-12 and B complex.
PM snack or dinner, I take another dose of the Vit C and Iron. (The Vit C helps the iron absorb).
