my new favorite workout toy

i thought i would share this is my new favorite at home workout tool.... its a mini stepper from wal mart.. it cost 97 bucks and believe me you will get your money worth.. I cant do 2 mins without breaking a sweat... i am slllllowly increasing my minutes on it.. i am at 10 now lol

i thought it was gonna be so easy i can do 45 mins walking with no problem but i get on this thing i almost pass out! lol.. i did post this on the lap band page but i thought i would share here also
