One Year Ago today

It's been a minute since I've been on here but I've been quite busy working 3 gigs and just living.  But I couldn't let today go by without making time to blog.  One year ago today, I made the best decision I've ever made in my LIFE! To have weight loss surgery.  I've lost 121lbs.  Funny by now I thought I'd be in onderland but alas, I'm happy with my results.  I swear this time last year I was as nervious as a hooker in church.  But I thank GOD for giving me the strength to go through with this surgery.  While most tend to focus on how much they've lost my main focus is on my health.  I no longer have high blood pressure, I no longer have sleep apnea, My knees don't hurt when I go to pick things up, I'm not borderline diabetic anymore, My enlarge heart is nolonger enlarged do to health issues but to the love I feel for myself.  I'm active, happy and healthy.  Now still have a long way to go to goal but I'm determined to get there.   This year has been a filled with so many ups and downs highs and lows but I'm thankful, thankful for a new chance at life.  I was on my way to being dead before 40!  Not anymore.  I take care of Keesha both mentally and physically and I'm happy!  I'm looking forward to the endless possibilities of the next year!  Here's a picture that show where I came from and where I am now!  Thanks the LORD! KIMMIE!!  Thanks Baby! You know I love me some you!!  The one thing I forgot to say that I am thankful for is BAF!!! I've learned so much from you all I don't know where I would have been without you! I've met some AMAZING people on here.  HAHAHAHA  he said he was treating all of us beautiful ladies not just me!!!!
