OT: What's your longest 'Mexican Standoff'?
Do you do this? and IF you do - what's your longest one?
I'm on day 6.......... I am well trained on how to do these - my mother does these and grudges to the DEATH - literally..... she is still mad at some DEAD people..... LOL!!!!

I am a true Scorpio, so I can hold a grudge for Life. As I matured I realized how self defeating that was, how Spirit killing that is. So now I evaluate what happened, I forgive (the person and myself), then I decide if I want to allow the person (s) back in my Life (completely, partially, at a distance or not at all). I had to understand the concept of empathy for person (s) who are sincere about their differences/feelings/actions, as well as restraint for person(s) that intentionally are out to hurt or mean Spirited.
I have learned that grudges/anger/hate can be tuned inward resulting in bitterness, self loathing, defensiveness and even self-esteem problems. Life is just to "short" for Me to carry around someone elses foolish burdens. And I'm not even a "goody 2 shoes."

I can hold a grudge for years, it ain't nothing for me to cut someone out of my life when I think that they are toxic.
I have a "friend" who did some f'd up schitt to me about four years ago. We started speaking 2 years ago but I still look at the biotch out the corner of my eye.
Sometimes I think that I should have just cut her out completely because I just can't trust her any further than I can throw her and I can't lift that hoe.
