Good morning MM and BAF. I am super tired this morning, was up way too late. I am still headed to the gym to meet with my trainer though. About to take my vitamins right now. Have a great one everybody.

I'm tired yet inspired. However, I intend to make it a productive day.

Today is a good day for me too cause I am off work today ....got some coupons for some of my favorite stores so I am about to have a little Retail Thearphy today

Must be something in the air cause I'm feeling "jazzed and excited" today too!!!  I'm feeling good on day 3 of my 5DPT and at a very "happy" place in my life.  And as strange as it may sound, I can't wait to get home this evening and get on my elliptical!
