I'm doing good...ready for the REAL spring to begin (it's cold today)

I was fighting a stomach bug yesterday so my eating and drinking were waaayyy off.
I've been up since 4am and so far, I've had:
Decaf coffee with one scoop protein: 26g
Strawberry blast - 2scp protein, 1 packet Carnation Instant, three strawberries & ice - 54g
I decided to up my protein after talking to my NUT. According to HER, isolated whey can be absorbed in greater quantities than previously thought. So no more half dosing for me. My goal is 120g on the days that I workout.
I just received some new calcium-magnesium w/ vitamin d complex supplements. My bones were a little on the achy side and I need to nip this in the bud now. I have my first blood work drawn next month and I want my levels to come back strong. I'm hoping it's the workouts that have me feeling a little stiff at times.

I hope you feel better soon. So glad you are keeping on top of things with your vits and protein. It's so easy to fall off on that stuf, but hard to get things back to the correct levels.
