I need some help, please!
BAFers,
I am coming to you for help. Its been a while since I have posted but I felt like if you need help you can always come back home. I am at a stand still and I need to lose about 50-60 more pounds. I have found that my energy level is not where it use to be. Granted, I have not exercise like I should but I am still taking my vitamins. I actually have gone back and forth with 5-10 pounds.
If someone can tell me how I can kick start my program again and lose these last 50 pounds, it would be greatly appreciated. I had GB three years ago and have done well but I have noticed that things seem to be going backwards and I don't want that to happen. So if someone who may have experienced the same things and was able to turn it around it would be great. I talked to my doctor and he suggested maybe going back to the nutritionist. I do plan to do that but I would like to get some info from the experienced.
Thanks in advance,
LaVette

As much as we "hate" to hear this, it is the honest truth......EXERCISE!
Really, we can eat healthy, but without "moderate" and "consistent" exercise, it will stall!
It is all about "calories out versus calories in." With today's economy, I don't mean join a gym.....start easy.....a walk away the pounds DVD.....then up it to TAEBO.....then do the Beach thing workout.....then try bellydancing DVDs.......then buy a jump rope......and a mini trampoline.....the weather is getting nice....buy a bike....some walking shoes.......never RULE out good ole exercise we did in P.E. ~jumping jacks, runinning in place, 1, 2, 3, chop, and just plain ole dancing!
Mix it up and the pounds will fall.....as far as eating....I am now doing veggies, lean meats, and one carb for dinner....for bkfast, it is always 1/2 cup of oatmeal....half of apple or some fruit.....I may do a slimfast if not hungry for food at all......I drink water better now (not the way I should....but better)......and I snack on fruits, veggies, nuts (not deez nuts---real nuts ~roll eyes~), and air popped popcorn.
