 I need a pair of those.

I naturally take the B-12 in the morning because it requires no water.

I take a multi -vitamin and calcium when I remember.

Good Morning...I am having my protein drink right now and will do a lunch meat roll up for lunch (low sodium smoked turkey breast and cheese) and for dinner I will have homemade turkey and black bean chili...I always get in my vits and I am working on  the water...It is not that I do not want to drink it, just hard to get it all in.

Breakfast: Protein Bar (15 gm),  2 slices chicken Breast Deli Meat,  Light Yogurt

Sipping on 32oz H20 with Mixture of Crystal Light and Strawberry Kiwi Protein Drink (15gm)
 
Lunch - Have to do Wendy Chili again today...as I pick my girl up from school on my lunch hour. 
Really need to start packing for both of us..

Dinner - Not sure yet...we are going out but definitely will make healthy choices

Snack -  Orange or Apple

At least 60 ounces H20.

Multivitamin, B-12 sublingual, Calcium Citrate

No work out today - daughter has orchestra concert (no excuse..I am back at it tomorrow)

30 minutes of cardio

20 minutes of toning

Plan in place pretty lady......

one women's one daily multi-vitamin

b- one  red bartlett pear
one long banana.......the small ones were gone....

l- 3 oz of chicken tenders
1/4 cup of jasmine rice
1/4 steamed brocolli with pat of butter

16 oz of water down already !
4 more bottles to go -

1 ff pudding
1 mini bag of popcorn ( herb & olive oil flavored )

d- large spring mix salad about 3 cups
2 tbsp slivered almonds
red onion chopped
1 tbsp cranberries with orange flavor
2 tbsp reduced calorie balsamic ranch dressing
3 oz of chicken tenders chopped

Work out at the gym for my usual hour ++++ which burns minimum  500 -700 calories  

 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

Hey Cookie...

My plan is going to remain simple today...I'm too darn tired to get creative so I'm doing liquids (i.e. protein shakes, water, soup, and tea).

You know I'm still on a mission for those shoes and can't find them...girl I'm  about that one.
