Before workout - orange juice and protein shake

After workout - Protein smoothie

Brunch - Green beans and chicken breast

Dinner - Chicken breast and salad

Before bed - Protein hot chocolate

128 ounces of water.

Multivitamins, B-1 (thiamin), B-12 sublingual, B-complex, Osteo Bi-Flex, Calcium Citrate +D, Vitamin D, Garlic tablet, Iron, Vitamin C, Flaxseed.

Workout:  Chest, back, shoulders, abs, obliques, and 2 mile jog.

but anyway

b- 1 c kashi cereal w/ milk and an orange

L- soup and fruit

d- chicken w/ veggie

s- yogurt before bed

multi, garlic, biotin, enzymes, b complex  (gosh i have to start taking my calcium)

workout: 30 min eliptical, 30 min treadmill

shooting for atleast 64 oz water
