This my all-time favorite workout song.... I wouldn't necessarily listen to it outside the gym/park , but I swear it gets me HIGH!! Act a Fool by Lil' John.... I don't even drink, but when he says, "Goose got me loose, gone on Patron, money in my pocket and I'm all up in that zone like, OOOH, I'm about to act a fool, Imma ack a dayum fool!!" Girl when I need to run or not feeling like exercising, I just put on that cut and Big Shix Poppin' by T.I.  (Gets me crunk!!!)

Yeah there are certain songs that I just won't listen to outside of the Ipod and working out.

and don't ask me why but Falsetto by the dream now that song makes me drop my panties for the next negro that walks by.

Another song has got to be "Overdose," by Jamie Foxx, and also "She got 'er own."  He has an interlude called "Intuition," that pissed me off cause it was only like a min. long and he shoulda made a full song wit that.  I could go on and on for days cause I am a vocalist / musician and music is my LIFE!!!
