Master Cleanse (The Lemonade Diet)

Anybody on here ever do the Master Cleanse aka Lemonade Diet? If so, what were your results and were you Pre or Post Op?

is this the one with the lemon juice and molasses...the one Beyonce did.  I tried that preop for one day and had the worse headache.

Yes, lemon juice and maple syrup and cayenne pepper.

That diet burns your butt

Were yall using this as a tool for cleansing or for losing weight? Or both? What a lot of folk dont realize is that its really not a tool for losing weight. You will gain back a good portion of what you lost. Master Cleanse is good at what its name suggest.

I'm trying to educate a friend of mine on this tool. I think she wants to use it for the wrong reason.
