got about 30 in today and plan do get the next 30 in before bed
got all my vitamins in

Go me! oh and I ate healthy lol

So glad to hear from you,sure miss you,,when I see your post I start to getting on the ball,miss the good ole days.Love you much.Love to your family.((((((((HUGs)))))) Have to have a stress test so didnot drink like I was suppose always do my vitamins and I did eat okay and exercise was pretty good.But I am not giving up,age is just a number.Love Ya'

What happened to my shoes??

Excercise - 1.5 mile stroll at 6 this morning

Ate VERY healthy today (Protein Smoothie - Breakfast/Salad for lunch/Baked fish mixed veggies for dinner)

Took my vitamins!!

Yep...I did 30 minutes on the treadmill...had to cut it short tonight
I get in more than 64...feel like I might be drowning myself
Eating nothing but good stuff...only fast food joint I will go is Wendy (Chili) and Subway (Chicken  Breast on Wheat.
Took all supp and vitamins today (He He...thanks for the reminder)

- Haven't exercised yet but I will tonight, I have my boot camp class
- So far, I've done 14 and working on the 24 more as I type
- Yep, did my usual breakfast boiled egg and grapefruit, lunch had turkey and cheese sandwich, with fruit, and weigh****chers whole grain chips, dinner is baked wings and green beans
- Getting ready to done my vitamins now
