Also, when you can....get some SF Syrups to jazz things up.  I have SF Irish Creme, SF Raspberry, and SF Hazelnut.  They're all good!  That way you won't get tired of having the same thing over and over.

I make some decaf coffee, use the Vanilla protein powder (again make it like a paste) and use the Raspberry syrup...so good!

ETA:  Also, the Jello SF Instant Pudding added to the powder with a little water or milk and ice.   Throw it all in the blender and there you go.   So far I've tried Cheesecake, Banana Creme & Butterscotch.

OK - this is my last stupid question..........I have the Whey Protein from Walmart that says 52g on it. this is one hell of a scoop. Does one whole scoop equal 2? When I look at the scoop it has a line on it like it's half????  Am I making sense? I'm trying the Swiss Miss an one protein scoop. Not so bad............not so bad.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

one scoop is 26 grams of protein.  I mix my protein mix and cocoa in cup then I start to pour in the warm water.  I also add the SF syrup to it to give it a kick sometimes...I have caramel, kahlua, and raspberry.  I hope you like.

I use the Vanilla and Choc Body Fortress with water and ice.  To add variety, I will add two tablespoons of Hill Bros, Cappuccino French Vanilla made with Splenda, Sugar Free (Wal-mart)  50 calories.
