Just say no to the crackers and potatoes. Take advantage of this time, you will look back and now that this is the easiest in terms of losing. Stick to your proteins and veggies, stay away from the carbs, stick to the good kinds like green veggies. Measure your foods out. I'm shocked you can eat so much at this point in your journey.
