HELLO EVERYONE I'VE MISSED ALL OF YOU.  THIS SURGERY HAS BEEN A VERY FUNNY LESSON.  I WOKE UP AND DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I'D BEEN SLEEVED. ALL THE TIME I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL I FELT NO PAIN UNTIL I CAME HOME.  THEN THE GAS MONSTER CAME AND SAT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY STOMACH AND HASN'T LEFT YET.  WHAT CAN I DO? I'VE WALKED AND WALKED BUT IT STILL HURTS.  I AM HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT I'VE LOST 9 POUNDS SO FAR WHICH IS A BLESSING TO ME.  I WOULD LIKE TO SEND OUT SPECIAL HUGS TO ADRIENNE AND LESLIE. THESE TWO LADIES SHOWED ME WHAT FRIENDSHIP IS ALL ABOUT.  I MET THEM ON OBESITYHELP AND BOTH OF THEM WHERE AT THE HOSPITAL THE MORNING OF SURGERY WHO COULD ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE.

Check with your surgeon, but Gas-X was my saving grace.  Also, hot liquids will help to move the gas.

Gas is totally, normal after surgery.  It was great for me.  But, you need to call your surgeon, just to double check.
