Okay I posted Monday about giving it my all this week, not weighing until Sunday (3/29), and drinking more water...Well this morning at about 8 am I had a 16 ounce protein drink and around 10 am I had a half of hash brown and 1 turkey breakfast sausage ...I am still full and cannot eat or drink ANYTHING...That is a good feeling but how do I get the rest of my water and food in for the day...It has been more than 4 hours and if I eat anything right now I might burst...Any suggestions? I will pick a salad up for lunch and attempt 20 more ounces of water but comparing to Monday (same issue) I do not know if I can eat/drink anything else.

Try exercising a little, like walking in place. This helps me when I get that too full feeling.

Isa, some days are just like that.  I'm 3+ years out and I still get that way.   I wouldn't try anything else to eat and maybe just little sips of water throughout the day.

ETA:  Also....maybe TMI, but not having a regular bowel movement can give you that "too full" sensation.

Hi ValueMe...I am okay how about yourself? The half of hashbrown snuck up on me...I am going to leave 5 and 6 alone for Friday and Saturday...Number 3 is the easiest...I am going to concentrate on 1 and 2 and see what happens.

I guess I should take it as is and just enjoy the fact that I get full quick but on the other hand I know that drinking plenty of water and eating the right things helps you along the way...I will see what the scale says on sunday and go from there...Thanks for the response...You are def one of my motivators.

My suggestion would be stop with the starches - that hashbrown coulda been left out.  try to stick to lean meats and veggies for a while - you should process those easier and be able to get in what you need.
