not trying to be funny but you should be asking your doctor, not us......there could be many reasons for your symptons: pregnant, high blood pressure, etc.
1. Are you pregnant?
2. Have you checked your blood sugar lately?
3. When was the last time you had labs? I felt this way and found out that I was severely anemic.
