-say you're in the grocery store mindin ya own business & gettin your shop on....and a woman walks up to you and offers you $100 worth of foodstamps (i know, they use cards now) for only $50 cash?

the driver looks around and sees that you're the only witness to his crime. he then walks up to you and gives you a crisp $100 bill to forget everything you just saw.

I'd take the hundred dolla bill and then write down his tag number and leave it for the driver of the jacked up car.
I'd take the change and keep on walkin'. People these days are just plain stupid and spend more time learning stupid basic things, like simple math. She just have to be a dumb biotch. Although one time this chick did that to me at the bank...she made my deposit and then handed me back in cash the same amount I asked her to deposit. She had been there for a long time and always had great customer service, I didn't want the bank to dig in her pockets that bad or lose her job over it.

wwyd#1-Tell the chic pay for it with your card meet you out side with the $50. (yes I've done it before) ( I've even got the hook up in home depot..LOL) $200 dollar bill paid $75.

wwyd#3- It depends on how young she is and if she was nasty to me because it she's a baby (teenager) I would give the money back because she has to give it back out her check she don't make that much, BUT if SHAY SHAY that didn't even say hello gives me the $73 then I would take it say "Thank You" go to Target.
