Mexican cassarole made with ground turkey and carb montor tortilla. It making me feel

so I am not going to finish the little piece I have. I have been eating on it since Sunday now my pouch does not want it anymore. Go figure.

& grapes 1/2 bananna left from breakfast 5 wheat crackers.
30 mins later water.
