Newbie's or Oldies, Please Introduce Yourself...

I'm Nikki.  I'm 3 months out and half way to my goal.  I been on OH since 2007 but went into serious lurk mode while going through the many hoops I had to jump to get surgery(ok I was very salty and couldn't be supportive of everyone getting a date except me).  I started pursuing WLS in 2006 and finally had it Dec 16, 2008. 
I have a 6yr old son and am a single parent.  I have also discovered(or rediscovered) a love off all things high heeled and am trying really hard not to go shoe shopping every weekend.

My name is Andrea.  I had surgery 12/1/08 and am really trying 2 work this tool!

I have been married 8 yrs and have a 4 yr old son. I run my own law practice.  I also have a new found love 4 exercising because I love to see how my body is changing. I love my new muscles! I love how my legs are looking in short shorts.  it's amazing how much has changed at only 50lbs gone!

Why are you bothering when you won't remember 90% of this shiot anyway...LOL

I'm Van (da man).  Relatively a newbie.  People call me Big V, Big W, Echo6 whiskey, or Van.  Feel free to call me anyone of those.  Looking to have the DS on 31 March.  Married 11 years with two kids.  From the deep south (MS), currently living in Louisiana minutes from New Orleans.

My primary goal is to improve my diabetes and HBP.  The weight loss is a very nice bonus!!  I love this board.  Hate it took me several weeks to find it.  Since then, it's been a good source of daytime knowledge and entertainment while at work.

Hi BAF...My name is Lisa.  I am 4.5 years out and still trying to work my tool.  I have to admit that I was a hard headed newbie which resulted in me sabatoging my own WLS....only reason I didn't go for a revision.  I know that I failed my WLS...my WLS did not fail me.  Well I am closing in on my 100 pound mark.... with 50 pounds to go to goal.    Happy to say that I am diabetes and sleep apnea free.  My only advice is follow the Dr's orders and consider seriously  the advice of those on the board that  you know are working their tool too... Also EXERCISE is not optional! Nice to meet everyone.   

Hey!  I'm LaTanya and I'm a brand spankin newbie and proud o' it! 

I just had my surgery 3.18.09 so it's only been a week and I am on here because I haven't told anybody else besides my husband and my son.  Everybody else will just have to think I'm on crack or whatever - I don't care.

Anyway, I'm 37 I've been married for almost 18 years and I have a 16 y.o and a 21 y.o so I'm trying to get my teenage life back.

I hope I get to be in the before and after shots!

I was always depressed as a child so once I got out on my own I became full of life and I AM ALWAYS HAPPY!!
