I have a couple supplement ?s and something to share.
All I have to say is that I bought calcium citrate online from Nutraceutical Sciences Institue (NSI) and it is nasty and chalky. It is the orange vanilla and on the bottle they have nerve enough to say they are delicious. I was going to post this as well, but was waiting to finish these first. None of the pharmacies out here seem to sell chewable calcium citrate. I really do hope more people respond so I can get more ideas of what to look for.
Hey HF...I get the B12 shots because I was unable to find the correct tablets and best thing is that it is free and my PCP is across the street from my job so I go over on lunch and the MA gives it to me...I use Citracal Calcium Citrate Petites...I have no problem with them...and congrats on the seven pounds...I have not weighed in since Sunday and have been eating better than before so I hope I see some good progress this upcoming Sunday.

I got a prescription for B12 shots and I do the shots at home. I used sublingual B12 before switching to the shots. The last bottle of B12 I bought were the dots from Walmart.
I buy my other vitamins wherever they are reasonable... The last batch came from Walmart. Anything Walmart doesn't have CVS, Walgreen's or RiteAid has it.
Congrats on the weight loss.
