HI,I'M NEW TO BAF. I WILL BE ONE MONTH POST OP ON THE 27TH OF MARCH. GOTTA QUESTION....WHAT ARE SOME GOOD THINGS TO INTRODUCE AT THIS POINT. I STARTED ON MEAT AND EGGS THIS WEEK SO ALL I'M EATING IS CHICKEN BREAST AND BAKED OR MASHED POTATOES(I THOUGHT I WAS GONNA DIE EATING THAT DARN EGG SO I'M STAYING AWAY FROM THAT FOR A WHILE). KIND OF AFRAID TO TRY SOMETHING NEW. SOME PEOPLE EAT CRACKERS AND I WANTED TO KNOW IF YOU GUYS THINK ITS TOO EARLY CUZ I WANNA TRY CHICKEN SALAD TONIGHT......PLEASE HELP...OH BTW, I WENT FOR MY 2 WEEK CHECK UP ON 3/12 AND I WAS DOWN 21LBS...I'M NOT WEIGHING AGAIN UNTIL I GO FOR MY 6WK CHECK UP. DONT WANNA STALK THE SCALE.

I don't know about those crackers. I know alot of people have had problems with starches - white stuff at you stage. If you try it. Start with wheat. Hope that helps

First off congratulations on your weight loss. You will find that everybody says something different about when to introduce crackers and starches.  My opinion is consult with your NUT.

Now if i had to give you my .02cents i would say at just 1month out you really need to be focusing on protein protein protein.  Oh yeah and i feel you on the eggs... I loved eggs pre-op but now i cant keep scrambled eggs down, I can still tolerate hard-boiled.
