I think i'm getting the RUNNING BUG, OHHH NOOOO

I find running painful but I guess I must be starting to like it. 

Awwww look who is getting a runner's high.   Never in all my years of running while playing basketball, did I get a runner's high nor did I love it, when I blew my knee out my senior yr of college, I missed playing the game but not the conditioning. Way to work it Lesia.

Yeah Rita I must have been high to want to run on my day off.   I don't know what this is about but I don't like it at all.  LOL

Uhhh I ain't there yet...lol!  Running is like working out for me.  I do it because I like the results not because I like the actual activity...lol!

Something is happening to me that I don't understand.

i know im late with the post, but i was on call last night and Lee county was tripping hard on the children's crimes....anyways, i have started to run on the treadmill and from the doggie poop station to my house. I switch it up on the treadmill and i only run every 7 minutes for at least a minute. Doesnt sound like much at all, but at 281lbs, it takes its toll on the knees. I have been running in my dreams for years, probably since i was like 19 it has been my desire to run....now, can someone give me a brand of a good sports bra? The girls are just everywhere, and that's with the Lane Bryant $35 sports bra. Ive even put on regular balconette Lane Bryant underwire bras. Im a 40-42 B so....Im not sure if the walmart brands will help? Any suggestions will be helpful!

You might want to check out ENELL bras.   They are pricey but have very good support.  You can sometimes find them on eBay about what you are paying for your LB sports bra.

I use a bungie cord and 2 tube socks.  Cause since surgery my boobs are long and flat. 

i'm a 42DD and i get mine from walmart. i can't remember the brand, but u have 2 use the ones that say either firm support or for active use cause the hold my twins in and tight while i'm running and exercising.  they only cost about $12. i have 4.

i used 2 b a runner in my 20's and it would help me feel so much better 2 get out there and work out the stuff in my head.
