Hi HF...I used the synthrax Carribean Cooler and it is awesome...I just add water and a small packet of Crystal light and I am good to go. I might have to try the Vanilla Torte.

Visit Netriyion.com and look under synthrax...To my understanding there is an unflavored one that is probably clear...I do not think the nectar protein have carbs...I have a book and will see...Ok it is called Nectar Medical, Unflavored...Is there a specific need you have for the protein? I have tasted 7-8 samples synthrax nectar thus far and can tolerate all of them... I could never drink protein before.
