Hey I came across this product try it for a few weeks and see how it helps you
Crystal Light now has a product called Live-Active it has the probiotic cultures to regulate our systems!
Each packet has 10 calories and 3g prebiotic fiber.

My surgeon put me on stool softners from day 1. I was having the same problem and when I saw him last week he said to use 2 oz. of citric magnesia. I haven't tried it yet because I hate the taste but he said it would work wonders.

Hope you get relief, I know the feeling.

I've never had trouble, I get in a dose of benefiber daily. Keeps me straight even when I'm taking high doses of iron. My son has problems so the doctor on Miralax. Both benefiber and Miralax mixes completely in your drink.
