Kettlebells.....
Anyone tried this training before? I went to a class last Wednesday and Saturday and I am hooked! Its a great cardio work out and its challenging in the beginning...but I really like and think I have found my next addiction!! lol

It's like lite weight training and aerobics in one, and my back hates it when I swing that thing up in the air and between my legs, but I do like the side to side sit ups with them where you balance and hit the floor with it on each side of you, that is a nice way to whittle your waist.
I do my kettlebell workout with free weights. It is a great way to stretch your aerobic workout and get your heart rate up lickly split.

I dont know if I want to risk working out with the kettle bell at home....I am just lucky enough to drop it and break something! lol I might have to check Dicks out and see if I can find me one too..I really have enjoyed the two classes I attended so far and I am looking forward to going this week too.
