Kettlebells.....

Anyone tried this training before? I went to a class last Wednesday and Saturday and I am hooked! Its a great cardio work out and its challenging in the beginning...but I really like and think I have found my next addiction!! lol

If you have not heard of it before, you can google and it see demos on line of the work outs.....

It's like lite weight training and aerobics in one, and my back hates it when I swing that thing up in the air and between my legs, but I do like the side to side sit ups with them where you balance and hit the floor with it on each side of you, that is a nice way to whittle your waist.  

I do my kettlebell workout with free weights.  It is a great way to stretch your aerobic workout and get your heart rate up lickly split.

I've got a ten pound bell that I use, it came with a DVD that has the basic exercises on it.  Bought it at dicks and it wasn't expensive.

I like it!  It is different because you get everything in one workout, strength and cardio.

I dont know if I want to risk working out with the kettle bell at home....I am just lucky enough to drop it and break something! lol  I might have to check Dicks out and see if I can find me one too..I really have enjoyed the two classes I attended so far and I am looking forward to going this week too.
