Ok,  so this morning I started Week 6 and it was a breeze, the runs were 10, 8, and 5 min.  This week there are 3 different programs because on Friday the run is the longest yet 25 minutes but i'm not fretting.  I did 20 I can do 25.   Since this morning was so easy I followed it up with a 20 Biggest Loser workout.

I have 8 days before I start wearing my "bathroom jeans" full time and make them a part of my regular rotation.  So I am going to workout two times a day again this week and make sure i'm getting in all my water and vitamins.  I am going to increase my carbs from 80 to 100 since I will be working out hard twice a day and I know I will need that energy.

I am doing really well on this program and I think it is actually working because my clothes are really fitting me nice and loose.

So I did my run and  now it's your turn.   Shani don't let those 8 minute***** you, you can do it.

What program is this that you are doing? Is it on line or do you have book with the information listed?  I would like to build up to run 5k.  Thanks

It is the couch to 5K,  I am doing Suz program because I like her music.   Go to the website and download the podcasts and on them she tells you when to run, when to walk, etc...   I am on week 6 and it is going great.

Hey Lee,
Seems like a lot of ppl have fallen off trac.  Hell I am one of them.  I did not run at all last week, Spring break but that is no excuse.  I am hitting it hard core this week with week 5.  I am going ot the track tommorow with one of my sorors.  It is off and poppin.  It ia not time for me to quit yet.  I see you going strong I am so proud of you

Hey Roxy

Yeah your right a lot of people have fallen off track, but there are still some hanging on and trying to do what they can.

I'm not stopping even though I thought I should have like 2 weeks ago i'm going to see this sucker to the end.  Unfortunately i'm the type that if I say i'm going to do something I have to be hit by a car to make me stop, which can be both good and bad.

For those that are still doing it,  I encourage you to continue and finish.  I will even go back with them and run it with them if they need the encouragement .

I'm here till the end.

Hey Lee, I'm out of town and I wasn't able to run today.  I'm not sure how, but I will finish week 6 THIS WEEK.  I may have to do my runs 3 days in a row, but I'll get them done.

Hi Tel

Enjoy your time away.   I know it's hard to workout when your not home cause you feel like shoot i'm on vacation so that makes it harder.   That is the time I challenge myself to find a way to get it done.  I know you will find a way to not miss a week and if you do, you can just make it up.

Have a good time.

Run 1 Week 4 done.  Without the voice prompts it seemed harder.  I felt like Forest Gump Run April Run.  It didnt help that I was tired but I said I was gonna get it done!!  So here I am Lee running and not giving up.  I can do this!!  Gonna keep telling myself that until I finish all 9 weeks...yes I can!

Awesome Job April.   I know week 4 wasn't very fun for me either, I really needed the voice prompts but I got it done and you will to.   Run 1 down,  and soon you will be on week 5.
