Grubbing
I have heard so many different things about what should or shouldn't be eaten at this point and I am not asking what I should or shouldn't eat cause my Dr. and Nut has already given me instcuctions on that and I am able to eat what ever I can tolerate, of course sticking to the diet plan.
Everyon is different and what you could or couldn't eat at this point in your journey may have been just for you, not everyone. My body has handled this surgery very well. I appreciate your comment MM.
Hey Lisa![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/wavey.gif)
I am the same way I am 4months post op and find that when I eat a turkey sandwich I am done after 5 or 6 bites. Anything with meat, bread, pasta, etc... really fill me up. I still eat them but I cant eat as much. But when I eat soups and chili's, i can get more down (lots more)
I don't think its you (or us) I think that the texture of the food makes the difference. If you feel that you are eating too much, it doesn't hurt to measure it for your own peace of mind
keep up the good work. You're looking good!!!

Hey mstanyat thanks for the compliment I guess I know that its probably the texture by now. I just hate trying to eat more solid foods cause that stuck in your throat feeling is absolutey terrible and sometime no matter how I chew that feeling still comes so I just wanna play it safe and eat things that I know won't cause discomfort.
