i am mad. I feel like I should be able to workout. I know it takes your insides longer to heal, but physically I feel good.
Now mentally? Girl, some days, I cant stand myself and just want to run away, but I know it all take time.
Walking is good, I went walking the other day, walked out 1/2 mile and thought I was going to have to call 911 to come get me. Cant believe a little bitty mile kick my behind like that when i am so use to doing 10 miles before starting to feel tired.

1/2 a mile kicked your but and you wanna workout?!! You know you need to build back up slowly. Take it easy and give yourself sometime to heal and you'll be back up to running and walking upteen miles before you know it.
Please don't do anything to impair your healing (although I know you're too smart for that).

(((((LaVerne))))) I will get to the gym and resume my workouts prior to month end. I have a very hectic schedule but you are right I need to make time to get my arse to the gym.
